What Insurances do you accept?

I will see clients in-network with some insurance providers, out-of-network for others, and also offer self-pay options. Even if out-of-network, you may be able to submit a superbill for partial reimbursement. It’s recommended that you contact your insurance company directly to understand your specific coverage, copays, and deductibles. At this time I am actively in the process to be in network with:

  • Aetna

  • BCBS

What are your fees?

  • Private Pay options are available. Session fees vary by type and length. A clear explanation of costs is provided before your first session.

  •  I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments at reduced rates based on household income and demonstrated need. Fees will be agreed upon before beginning services.

How long will treatment last?

Everyone’s needs are unique. Some treatment plans may last 10-12 sessions while others may require more longterm support.

How long are sessions?

  • The initial intake session may take up to 90 minutes.

  • Individual therapy sessions typically last 40-55 minutes.

Do you offer Telehealth?

Yes, I do offer telehealth sessions as a flexible scheduling option once a client is established. My primary approach is in-person therapy.

Note: Not all client needs are a good fit for telehealth services and eligibility is discussed during treatment planning.

How do I schedule a session ?

Contact me by phone, email, or through the online booking portal. New clients seeking therapy begin with an initial (15 minute) consultation to discuss goals, challenges, and fit. Current clients can also utilize their client portal and request to cancel or reschedule appointments.

My teen has their license, can they drive to and attend sessions alone?

Yes. After the initial intake session teens may attend sessions alone with a consent form on file.

How much are consultation sessions?

Consultation sessions cannot be billed to insurance and are available as a private pay option

  • Single 1 Hour Consultation: $125

  • 3 Session Package (1 hour sessions): $300. This package is recommended if you are going through initial 504 or IEP process.

    *Full package fee is paid at first visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations/no show will be charged a $100 fee.
